SCIF License Backups Terms of Use
SCIF License Backups is an administrative tool for the authorized VA Claim Buster operator. It is not a public file-storage service and is not offered for customer Google accounts.
Authorized use
Use this tool only with the operator’s authorized Google account, approved backup folder, and SCIF licensing ledger. Keep credentials and recovery keys private. Use is subject to applicable Google service terms and the tool’s privacy policy.
Operator responsibilities
The operator is responsible for monitoring backup results, maintaining separate recovery-key custody, testing restores, and deciding retention. A successful backup confirms that a snapshot is recoverable; it does not prove that the snapshot includes subsequent payments, refunds, transfers, or revocations.
Recovery limits
Restored ledgers require reconciliation and explicit operator review before live use. Network, account, storage, and service interruptions can prevent backups. Do not rely on a schedule until upload, restore, and alert tests have passed.
Ending access
The operator may stop scheduled jobs and revoke the app’s Google Account access. Existing backup copies remain until separately removed by an authorized operator.
