VACB Site Information

Privacy Policy

VACB is designed as an educational website, not a veteran intake system. You do not need an account or a VA login to read the site or use its public tools.

Effective August 9, 2026

What stays in your browser

VACB uses browser storage to remember site choices such as animation settings, saved Intel Center files, saved tools, Alpha Point progress, and Founding Series activity. That information stays on the device and browser where you used the site unless you clear it. VACB does not use those preferences to create a VA claim profile.

Technical site data

The hosting provider may process ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security logs. VACB does not ask the hosting provider to turn that technical traffic into medical, disability, or claim-strategy profiles.

Messages you choose to send

VACB receives the information you voluntarily include in an email, correction report, or glitch report. The site’s hosting provider processes form submissions so VACB can review and respond to them. Send only what is needed to explain the site issue.

Do not send claim files, medical records, Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, passwords, or VA.gov login information.

General questions may be sent to buster@vaclaimbuster.com. Error and glitch forms are available through the Contact / Corrections Desk.

Outside links

VACB links to VA.gov, regulations, forms, court materials, and outside services such as Buster Apparel. When you leave VACB, the other site’s privacy practices apply. VACB does not control how an outside site handles information you give it.

What VACB does not do

  • VACB does not sell personal information.
  • VACB does not require a veteran to upload evidence or a decision letter to use the public site.
  • VACB does not ask for VA.gov credentials or access a visitor’s VA account.
  • VACB does not use browser preferences to decide a claim or provide individualized claim advice.

Changes to this policy

If VACB adds a contact form, analytics, accounts, or another feature that materially changes data handling, this page will be updated before or when that feature launches, and the effective date will change.
