Evidence Organizer
A four-hundred-page upload with no mission is still a mess. Your organizer should answer two questions fast: what is this document, and what fact is it supposed to prove?
01 // Build the index
Every record needs a job or it is just taking up space.
Create an index with the document date, source, claimed issue, evidence category, and a one-sentence description of why it matters. If you cannot say what a document proves, neither can the reviewer. Keep the original file name in a separate column if you rename working copies.

- Current medical record or test
- Medical opinion or nexus evidence
- Personal statement
- Witness statement
- Administrative record or filing receipt
02 // Map the proof
Page count is not combat power.
For each claimed issue, group the records that support the current disability, the relevant service or secondary event, the connection between them, and the documented severity or functional impact.
A thick file can still leave the one critical element unsupported. Paperwork does not become persuasive through intimidation. Mark missing records and unresolved medical questions openly.
03 // Protect the file
Your medical records are not free training data.
Use a secure local folder, encrypted storage you control, or a paper binder. Do not paste Social Security numbers, medical records, claim numbers, or private evidence into an untrusted website or public AI tool.
